About Us
Kim Fritts and Stephanie Cohen founded Ash & Griffin in 1998. The name and logo came from the personal devices that Steph and Kim have in the Society of Creative Anachronism, a medieval recreation organization to which they belong. Kim's device is the ash leaf, and Steph's is the griffin. Mary Henderson joined the duo in 1999.
While based in St. Louis, MO, Ash & Griffin potters participate in shows across the country each year. Please look at the show schedule for locations near you.
